When I first started working as a phone sex operator I was hired by a rather creepy guy who wanted me to “audition” for him. I didn’t know this was inappropriate or a red flag. He never paid me for the few calls I did, so I quit rather quickly. I worked for a few different companies and my experiences with them were good and bad. I learned a lot, many things the hard way. I had no mentor, no training, and no experience handling the wide variety of issues that only came up. And no one guided or even warned me. I never intended to stay in this business. I wanted to pay off a few bills. But I was good at it, I learned fast, and I improved my skills continually.

There is so much more to being in this business than just talking on the phone. There are many secrets I have never seen shared. I am all about empowering other women and mentoring them to be successful, and happy with their work.
Newbies Fail Too Often
Many ladies jump into the phone sex industry with wishful thinking, and the hope of making a lot of money quickly, and they simply are not prepared. Owners can be vague and intentionally keep a great deal of information from you. If you have ever had an owner tell you, “Oh it’s easy, just answer the phone and talk”, they are either not in reality or straight-up lying. PSO Work is damn hard work. It is rarely ever “easy”. However, if you learn some solid protocols it can become pretty easy. I believe in working smarter, not harder. I can teach women how to do that.
